ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): The Honarabl e President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, who is also the Chancellor of AIOU has appointed Professor Dr. Shah Mohayuddin Hashmi, Chairman Department of Islamic Thought History and Culture as the Dean of the Faculty of Arabic and Islamic Studies.
The appointment was made official yesterday, with the Federal Ministry of Education and Professional Training issuing a letter to the university, followed by a notification from the Registrar Department.
Professor Dr. Hashmi, who has previously served as Dean, has expressed his commitment to dedicating himself fully to the university’s service, working closely with the administration and faculty members.
Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood, extended his warm congratulations to Professor Dr. Hashmi on his appointment, praising his exceptional leadership qualities and academic credentials.
