WNAM REPORT: Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov held an online meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hungarian Concern 4iG, Gellért Jászai.
The Chairman of the company’s board expressed his gratitude for the meeting and congratulated Uzbekistan’s athletes on their brilliant results at the Olympic Games in Paris.
The Minister, in turn, added that the Head of State had set a goal to be among the top 15 at the Olympic Games, and these achievements result from hard preparation.
Then the company representatives presented and provided information about activities and plans for the future. It was noted that there is sufficient potential for cooperation.
Investment and cooperation issues in areas such as Uzbekistan’s telecommunications, IT, and digitalization were discussed.
At the same time, proposals were made to include IT Park residents, use tax benefits, and open a company branch in Uzbekistan.
