HÀ NỘI ( WNAM MONITORING): Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính will lead a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam to attend the expanded BRICS summit in Kazan city of the Russian Federation from October 23-24.
The PM’s attendance at the summit will be made at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chair of the BRICS Group in 2024, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
