WNAM MONITORING: President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces General Serdar Berdimuhamedov held another meeting of the State Security Council in Ashgabat on Wednesday, where the head of state made personnel decisions in the prosecutorial system, as reported by official media of Turkmenistan.
According to the presidential decree, Magtymov Annageldi Akmammedovich, a first-class lawyer, will assume the role of military prosecutor of the Balkan velayat. Mammedov Mammet Aymyradovich, also a first-class lawyer, will serve as the military prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat, while Pirmammedov Pirmammet Aymuhammedovich, a second-class lawyer, will take on the position of military prosecutor of the Mary velayat. Gurbanov Akynyyaz Allamyradovich, a first-class lawyer, will assume the role of Deputy Prosecutor of Ashgabat after his previous duties as prosecutor of the Avaza district in Turkmenbashy.
Dovletgeldiyev Serdar Dovletgeldiyevich, a first-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Kaka district in the Ahal velayat. Shamuradov Parahat Bayrambayevich, a first-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Babadayhan district in the Ahal velayat. Hojageldiyev Kakajan Aydogdyyevich, a second-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Avaza district in the Balkan velayat. Charyyev Gurbanberdi Hudaygulyevich, a second-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Magtymguly district in the Balkan velayat. Shyhnazarov Azat Myratgeldiyevich, a second-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Gorogly district in the Dashoguz velayat. Nuralyyev Nurmuhammet Yagshymammedovich, a first-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Koytendag district in the Lebap velayat. Nazarov Sahetguly Rahmangulyyevich, a second-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Murgap district in the Mary velayat. Annayev Palvan Jumageldiyevich, a second-class lawyer, will serve as the prosecutor of the Turkmengala district in the Mary velayat.
With the expiration of their terms, military prosecutors Atayev Arazgeldi Ashyrdurdyyevich from the Balkan velayat, Hojayev Oraz Osmanovich from the Dashoguz velayat, and Baymuhamedov Dovranmuhammet Ashyrmuhammedovich from the Mary velayat will vacate their positions. Additionally, district-level prosecutors Ovezov Yakup Atamyradovich, who served as the prosecutor of the Babadayhan district in the Ahal velayat; Nuryyev Aman Gurtgeldiyevich, prosecutor of the Magtymguly district in the Balkan velayat; Saparlyyev Nurmuhammet Meretseyidovich, prosecutor of the Gorogly district in the Dashoguz velayat; Ashyrkulyyev Batyr Dadebayevich, prosecutor of the Koytendag district in the Lebap velayat; Annagurdov Kerven Kyyasmuhammedovich, prosecutor of the Murgab district in the Mary velayat; Atalakov Ovezmyrat Begjanovich, prosecutor of the Turkmengala district in the Mary velayat; and Durdyyev Didar Babajanovich, prosecutor of the Kaka district in the Ahal velayat will also conclude their duties.
