WNAM MONITRING; The American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AmCham) has begun work on the next edition of the White Paper 2025, containing recommendations for improving the business climate in the country.
This document is prepared once every two years based on a detailed analysis of the business environment and is submitted to the government of Azerbaijan.
The White Paper includes not only proposals for improving legislation but also recommendations that contribute to the development of various economic sectors and strengthening the country’s economic potential.
The document consists of an overview section covering the most important issues for Azerbaijan’s economy and a main section containing detailed recommendations on specific areas.
The previous edition of the White Paper presented recommendations in the following areas: banking sector, finance and insurance, sustainable development and corporate responsibility, fast-moving consumer goods market, law and compliance, human resource management and labor relations, marketing, communications and business development, digital economy and innovation, procurement, taxes and customs.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan was founded in 1996 and unites more than 280 companies.
