ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): In a major stride toward educational and social uplift, the Mukhtar Begum Educational Complex was formally inaugurated in the surroundings of Kallar Syedan marking a historic development in the region’s academic infrastructure. On the same occasion, the foundation stone of Al-Qasim University was laid, symbolizing a new chapter in the region’s higher education landscape.
