WNAM MONITORING: Azerbaijan’s strategic role as a natural key and bridge between the Central Asia and South Caucasus regions plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of a number of economic projects, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at a special Cabinet meeting dedicated to President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Washington.
“The achievement of such a position for our country has been made possible thanks to the farsighted policy of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, his determination in defending national interests, and his international authority,” the minister emphasized.
According to the minister, in achieving these historic accomplishments of our state, the role of the closest ally of the President, Azerbaijan’s First Vice President and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, is undeniable: “Mehriban Aliyeva’s role in promoting Azerbaijan’s truths globally, shaping our country’s international reputation, and establishing a peace agenda in the region conditioned by the protection of Azerbaijan’s national interests is irreplaceable.”
