ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): President for Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development and President of the Lake Shore Club, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, paid rich tribute to the nation, the Pakistan Armed Forces, and all relevant institutions on the completion of one year of the historic victory in the Battle of Truth. He stated that the success achieved in this battle is not only a remarkable example of national unity, determination, and sacrifice, but it has also further enhanced Pakistan’s prestige at the global level.
Praising the professional capabilities, bravery, and unmatched sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces, who defeated an enemy six times larger, he said that our soldiers ensured the country’s security by laying down their lives and crushed the malicious intentions of the enemy.
He added that the first anniversary of this historic victory provides us with an opportunity to pledge that we will promote unity, harmony, and brotherhood within our ranks and play our full role in the country’s development and stability.
Sadat Shah also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and the speedy recovery of the injured.
