ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): Chairman Foreign Delegation Commette Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Ch Mazhar, has welcomed the tax reductions introduced for the real estate sector in the federal budget. He said the government should effectively utilize these measures to promote both domestic and foreign investment.
He stated that the reduction in property transaction taxes and the abolition of certain taxes have created expectations of positive activity in the real estate market, which will help restore investors’ confidence.
Ch Mazhar further emphasized that overseas Pakistanis should be offered safe and attractive investment opportunities. He also called for greater transparency in the digital system and the removal of unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles so that investors can invest with confidence.
He expressed hope that the government would ensure the timely and effective implementation of the budget measures related to the real estate sector so that their benefits reach the general public and contribute to the country’s overall economic growth.
