WNAM MONITORING: A meeting of specialists from the General Prosecutor’s Office of Uzbekistan and the Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice took place via videoconference with the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed the issues of exchanging experience in combating crimes and conducting joint research in this area and also agreed to establish practical cooperation in identifying and eliminating criminogenic factors.
The positive dynamics of the consistent development of relations were noted. Thus, direct channels of interaction are maintained on an ongoing basis, and exchanges of visits are carried out, during which specialists from the two countries exchange experiences and information of mutual interest.
In addition, an agreement was reached on developing a draft Memorandum of Cooperation between the General Prosecutor’s Office of Uzbekistan and the Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice in joint research to consolidate the ongoing partnership legally.
