(WNAM Monitoring): Türkiye has been introducing restrictions on the export of a number of products to Israel beginning April 9 due to the situation in the Gaza Strip, the country’s Ministry of Trade said in a statement
According to Report, in particular, restrictions have been introduced on the export of 54 items of industrial goods, including various types of steel, aluminum, paint, electrical cables, aviation fuel, oils, fertilizers, and some types of industrial equipment.
The ministry said the list of goods prohibited for export may expand in the future.
“The decision will remain in force until Israel, within the framework of its obligations under international law, declares an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and ceases to impede the supply of humanitarian aid,” the statement said.
