WNAM MONITORING: Turkmen delegation, led by the Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, NokergulyAtagulyyev, visited Herat, Afghanistan, on Saturday to discuss matters related to the development of trade relations between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
during the visit, the Turkmen delegation met with the governor of Herat province, Noor Ahmad Islamjar.
The delegation also toured marble processing plants in the industrial zone of Herat province.
The governor of Herat noted that there are currently around a thousand factories operating in the city, and all production is carried out by the private sector of the province, as reported by Türkmendemirýollary (Turkmen Railways) agency.
