LAHORE ( WAM REPORT): The Ambassadors of four Central Asian countries including H.E. Atadjan Movlamov Turkmenistan, H.E. Ulanbek Totuaev, Kyrgyzstan, H.E. Khazar Farhadov, Azerbaijan and H.E. Yerzhan Kistafin, Kazakhstan visited the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and and Industry and jointly inaugurated ” Business Corner” at LCCI along with Mr. Kashif Anwar, President LCCI and Mr. Zafar Mahmood Chaudhry, Senior Vice President.
All the Ambassadors on their part, emphasized the need for enhancing the trade volume among all the countries by expressing their countries’ determination for boosting the trade relations especially through private sectors.
In his address the LCCI President termed the visit of the the Ambassador a historic moment and emphasized to explore trade protentional between Pakistan and the Central Asian Countries.
It is hoped that this visit will go a long way in further cementing the much needed existing ties between Pakistan and the Central Asian States. All the stakeholders have to explore more and more venues of investment through promotion of tourism, business to business , people to people and government to government relations.
It is noteworthy that Pakistani business community is immensely keen to initiate joint ventures and show casing each others products in their markets to earn the required foreign exchange for the economic well being of the country.
