BANK ALFALAH EXECUTIVES MEET SENATOR RUBINA KHALID TO DISCUSS TRANSPARENCY AND EMPOWERMENT FOR BISP BENEFICIARIES
ISLAMABAD( WNAM REPORT): Mr. Atif Bajwa, President & CEO of Bank Alfalah, and Mr. Yahya Khan, Group Head of Digital Banking, met with Senator Rubina Khalid, Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), at the BISP headquarters. The meeting focused on enhancing transparency in payment disbursement and promoting dignity for women beneficiaries.
During the discussions, Senator Rubina Khalid urged the bank representatives to treat BISP beneficiaries as valued clients and to implement measures to eliminate deductions from stipend amounts.
The discussion also covered technical and skill training for BISP beneficiaries. Mr. Atif Bajwa agreed to initiate pilot skill training projects for BISP beneficiaries. These joint projects will be developed and executed in close consultation with technical teams from both BISP and Bank Alfalah to ensure effective implementation and positive outcomes.
