ISLAMABAD( WNAM REPORT): Ehsan Ul Haq Bajwa, Parliamentary Secretary for Overseas Pakistanis, made his inaugural visit to the office of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation on Friday, where he convened an important meeting with the Managing Director and heads of key departments of OPF. During the session, each department provided comprehensive updates on their ongoing initiatives, recent accomplishments, and upcoming projects, marking a significant beginning to his engagement with the foundation.
Reaffirming the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment to Overseas Pakistanis, Mr. Ehsan Ul Haq Bajwa emphasized that the current administration is resolute in addressing the challenges and issues faced by the overseas community with utmost priority. He acknowledged the vital role that Overseas Pakistanis play in the nation’s economy and development, particularly through their remittances and investments. Mr. Bajwa also took the opportunity to appreciate the diligent work of the OPF 24/7 Complaint Monitoring Cell, recognizing its vital role in addressing the concerns of Overseas Pakistanis and ensuring timely resolution of their issues
The Parliamentary Secretary was thoroughly briefed on the initiatives in place to enhance the welfare of Overseas Pakistanis. Mr. Bajwa further stressed the need to expedite the resolution of complaints from Overseas Pakistanis, as it is of paramount importance to their well-being and trust in the government.
