WNAM MONITORING: In various regions of Turkmenistan, authorities opened new residential and social facilities ahead of International Neutrality Day, one of the country’s key holidays, as reported by official media.
In the city of Turkmenbashy, a ceremonial event marked the opening of five apartment buildings. Each building features 60 two-, three-, and four-room apartments with improved layouts. The homes come with built-in furniture, modern kitchens, and climate control systems. The well-maintained area includes children’s and sports playgrounds.
In the administrative center of the Dashoguz velayat, officials opened a residential complex covering 71 hectares. This complex includes 70 four-story buildings designed for 1,496 families, a school for 600 students, a kindergarten for 240 children, a health center, and a shopping center. The apartments include all necessary amenities, while the landscaped area features play areas, green spaces, and parking lots.
As part of the infrastructure modernization program, officials also opened a training and service center for repairing KAMAZ vehicles in Dashoguz. This center includes an administrative building, repair workshops, and a parts warehouse, allowing for quick servicing of heavy vehicles adapted to the country’s climate conditions.
The opening of these new facilities represents a significant program aimed at improving living conditions and developing social infrastructure. Participants in the events expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for supporting national initiatives and sent wishes for health and success in implementing government programs.
