WNAM REPORT: As part of the criminal case related to attempted murder committed against Komil Allamjonov, the Prosecutor General’s Office found that citizens of the Russian Federation Bislan Rasayev and Shamil Temirkhanov committed criminal acts such as illegal entry and exit from Uzbekistan, failure to report a crime, and illegal possession of firearms.
B. Rasayev and Sh. Temirkhanov were brought as defendants in absentia under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a search warrant was issued against them with the application of a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
