ISLAMABAD( WNAM REPORT): Renowned business leader Zafar Bakhtawari, Secretary General of the United Business Group and Chairman of the Pakistan Cultural Forum, has warmly welcomed Chinese Cultural Councilor Chen Peng to Pakistan. Bakhtawari expressed his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to Peng, wishing him a successful diplomatic stay in Pakistan.
Bakhtawari also pledged to work closely with Peng to promote Chinese traditional culture among Pakistani youth. This collaboration will involve organizing various cultural events, such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and Chinese film festivals, through the Pakistan Cultural Forum.
Furthermore, Bakhtawari congratulated Peng and the Chinese diplomatic team in Islamabad on the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival, which begins next week. The Chinese Spring Festival, also known as the Lunar New Year, is China’s largest festival, celebrated not only in China but also by Chinese communities worldwide. This year, the festival will take place from January 28 to February 3.
