WNAM Monitoring: Bahrain’s King Hamad conferred the Order of Bahrain-First Class on Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Prince Sultan bin Ahmed in recognition of his efforts in strengthening bilateral relations.
The ceremony was held at Safriya Palace on Sunday, commemorating the end of his tenure as the ambassador, Saudi Press Agency reported.
Prince Sultan extended his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to King Hamad for the prestigious honor and commended the deep-rooted and robust ties between the two fraternal nations.
He also conveyed his best wishes for Bahrain’s ongoing advancement and prosperity.
Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad also lauded the ambassador for his instrumental role in enhancing the ties between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
