WNAM REPORT: National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Çalik Holding Group of Companies Ahmet Çalik on June 29.
The businessman cordially congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday and on the second anniversary of the opening of the unique city of Arkadag in the region, wishing him good health, longevity, a happy life and success in all endeavors in the interests of humanity.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the fact that in foreign economic relations with partners – countries and companies – Turkmenistan is fundamentally guided by the principles of equality and respect for the interests of each party.
In this regard, the significant contribution of Turkish companies operating in the country, in particular Çalik Holding, to the expansion of interstate cooperation was emphasized. They are currently actively involved in the construction of a number of important industrial and social infrastructure facilities.
Noting the importance of the companies’ activities in the energy sector and healthcare system of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the country fully supports the use of a scientifically based approach, innovative technologies and economically feasible solutions in jointly implemented projects, expressing confidence in the further effective work of Çalik Holding.
Expressing gratitude for the high level of trust, the businessman assured that the company will continue to take a responsible approach to fulfilling its contractual obligations.
