WNAM MONITORING: Turkmenistan plans to create a modern E-Government system. The initiative was presented by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakyev during a regular government meeting on Friday, according to official Turkmen media.
The project will be implemented in accordance with the laws “On Electronic Documents, Electronic Document Management, and Digital Services” and “On Electronic Government.”
The system is intended to ensure coordination among government bodies through a unified electronic information platform, as well as to streamline the provision of digital services and the development of necessary legal regulations.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov supported the proposal for the E-Government system and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the necessary implementation measures.
The government meeting also addressed various state affairs.
