RIYADH: During a meeting in Riyadh on Wednesday, the Saudi minister of media, Salman Al-Dosari, and the chair of Qatar Media Corporation, Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer, talked about ways to enhance media cooperation between their nations.
Specific topics included the implementation of proposed initiatives within the framework of a strategic partnership announced following the seventh meeting of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council, which took place in Doha on Dec. 5 and was co-chaired by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad.
Sheikh Hamad highlighted the importance of an effective partnership between the Qatari and Saudi media, the Saudi Press Agency reported. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to Al-Dosari for the warm reception and generous hospitality the Qatari delegation had received in the Kingdom.
