WNAM Monitoring: Led by Batyr Annaev, Deputy General Director of Turkmenistan’s Transport and Communications Agency, a Turkmen delegation participated in bilateral meetings during the European Union’s Global Gateway Investors Forum in Brussels, Belgium. The discussions took place with Myriam Ferran, Deputy Director-General for International Partnerships of the European Commission (DG INTPA), and Regis Pierre Cazenave, Director General for Europe of S2 Grupo, as reported by representatives from the Business Turkmenistan (BT) online platform who attended the forum.
During the meeting with Myriam Ferran, the sides explored potential cooperation in various infrastructure projects to strengthen ties across Eurasia.
Batyr Annaev showcased Turkmenistan’s transport capabilities, emphasizing national projects and corridors. He highlighted the importance of collaboration in successfully implementing these projects, with a specific focus on digitalization to enhance the country’s transport potential.
