ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): Chaudhry Mazhar, Chairman of the Foreign Delegation Committee of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, has welcomed the government’s decision to reduce property valuation, stating that this step will breathe new life into the real estate sector and significantly boost business activities.
He said that the property sector had been facing uncertainty for some time, which led to a decline in investment and a slowdown in business. The reduction in valuation will not only restore investors’ confidence but also attract new buyers to the market.
Chaudhry Mazhar further stated that this decision will also activate the construction sector, resulting in the creation of employment opportunities and steering the economy in a positive direction.
