ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): Chairman of the Foreign Delegation Committee of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Chaudhry Mazhar, has welcomed the key measures introduced in the federal budget to support the real estate and construction sectors. He said that the benefits of these initiatives would not reach the public and the business community unless they are implemented immediately and effectively.
He emphasized that the government’s announced measures should be translated into practical action to promote construction activities and encourage investment. He urged the relevant ministries, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and other concerned institutions to issue a clear timeline for implementing the incentives and reforms announced in the budget so that investors and the business community can move forward with confidence.
Chaudhry Mazhar expressed hope that the government would continue consulting with real estate stakeholders and introduce practical measures that would not only strengthen the housing sector but also put the country’s economy on the path of sustainable growth.
