There is a cry from every political quarter that elections in this country which were held on 8th of this month had been gerrymandered.
Not s single party is in a position to form government on its own steam .In other words coalition governments at the federal and provincial level are going to be the order of the day whenever the leaders of various political parties hit it off with one another.
The interesting part of the story is that no one is enthusiastic to sit in government as all the leaders of political parties which had won at the hustings realise in their heart of hearts that power this time round is not going to be a bed of roses. The country is beset with myriad problems and it would be hell job to put the derailed government back on the rails.
Hectic parleys among them have not yielded any positive result till the filing of this comment.
There is no last word in politics and this age old dictum has once again been proved right when one look at the way the political situation has been shaping up after the polls of 8th February 2024 where political rivals have become friends and friends of yore have fallen apart
