WNAM MONITORING: 70 years after the glorious Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024), the Muong Thanh valley, once a fierce battlefield with the sacrifices of many heroic people, is gradually reviving and changing day by day. From the helicopter, Muong Thanh valley is now a modern city with improving infrastructure and a tourism-based economy, developing towards the goal of becoming type II urban area of the Northwest region.
