Baku( WNAM MONITORING): “To date, 2794 observers have been registered by Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) to monitor the snap parliamentary elections scheduled for September 1, 2024,” CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at a meeting held on Saturday.
“126 of the observers represent the New Azerbaijan Party and 569 of them non-governmental organizations, while 1867 observers were registered on their own initiative,” the CEC chief added.
