WNAM MONITORING: Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov will embark on a working visit to Tehran to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the official media of Turkmenistan reports.
During the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on July 26, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran, one of our country’s closest neighbors and partners, maintains friendly and fraternal relations with Turkmenistan.
The inauguration of Masoud Pezeshkian, elected as Iran’s ninth president, will take place on July 30.
