WNAM REPORT: Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan have agreed to expand cooperation in the energy sector.
This is stated in a joint statement following a trilateral meeting in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, signed by the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, TDH reports.
“The parties, noting the importance of developing cooperation in the energy sector, emphasized the special significance of interaction in this area,” the statement said.
