WNAM MONITORING: The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for the design and construction of a mosque in the city of Fuzuli, Republic of Azerbaijan. The tender notice was published on Monday in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Applications and proposals from interested parties will be accepted by the relevant departments of the Ministry in accordance with established procedures and must be submitted in official form. The tender will be held in the form of a quotation-based competition.
The deadline for submitting applications is September 22, 2025.
On the same day, the Ministry also announced a separate tender for construction work at the Jahan Creative Center under the Ashgabat city administration.
