ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): Pakistan has been identified favorable country for olive cultivation will be among the biggest Olive producing countries in the next few years. This will be highlighted in at the Al Baraka Olive Summit-2025 organized by National Alliance for Safe Food (NAFS) Al Baraka Bank on 21st October, 2025 at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research will be the Chief Guest on the occasion. The summit will also be addressed by Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program assured that Govt of Pakistan.
International representatives including Dr. Costantino Parma , Olive Culture Scale-Up Project, Dr. Maen Khreasat Ambassador of Jordan, and Nader K. Alturk, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Palestine, will share their insights on international collaboration and olive sector development through best practices.
The welcome address will be given by Mr. Rana Awais Khan, Chairman of the National Alliance for Safe Food, and a keynote speech by Mr. Muhammad Atif Hanif, CEO of Al Baraka Bank Pakistan. The program also includes presentations and panel discussions focused on value addition, innovation, branding, and export strategies for Pakistan’s olive industry.
