As a strategic initiative, the HRDN organized an exclusive and insightful visit for the Board of Directors of the Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) to gain organizational insights and study the best practices of renowned and sustainable organisations. From deciphering NRSP’s Micro Finance Model, and Rice Component to discovering sustainability insights with CEO Dr Rashid Bajwa, unravelling the secrets of excellence and becoming an autonomous body with Dr. Roomi S. Hayat at IRM, the experience is a symphony of innovation.
The HRDN’s journey in becoming a national platform, leaving footprints across Pakistan, and connecting the public sector, and civil society through policy advocacy led by Ms. Robeela Bangash, CEO-HRDN took centre stage. Additionally, the delegation gained insights into AHK- NCRD’s realm through a captivating presentation by DG Mr. Israr Mohammad.
As part of their capacity-building, the members participated in a training workshop on SECP Rules and Regulations, conducted by SECP representative Mr. Faisal Lateef Khawaja, focusing on achieving compliance and governance standards while understanding the crucial role of the Board of Directors.
