WNAM REPORT: The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) organized a solemn and well-attended Quran Khwani and condolence prayer ceremony to offer Dua-e-Maghfirat for the late mothers of ICCI Vice President Muhammad Irfan Chaudhry and Executive Member Amir Rahim Qureshi.
The ceremony witnessed participation from President ICCI Sardar Tahir Mehmood, Senior Vice President Tahir Ayub, Chairman Founder Group Tariq Sadiq, executive and council members, former presidents, and other office bearers. A large number of prominent members of the business community from the federal capital were also in attendance. President All Pakistan Anjuman Tajiran Ajmal Baloch, along with representatives of various market committees, also joined the gathering.
Speaking on the occasion, President ICCI Sardar Tahir Mehmood extended heartfelt condolences to Muhammad Irfan Chaudhry and Amir Rahim Qureshi on behalf of the Chamber and the wider business community. He prayed for the eternal peace, forgiveness, and elevation in ranks of the departed souls.
Mufti Muhammad Amir, a graduate of Darul Uloom Karachi and ICCI member, led the collective prayers. In his address, he highlighted that parents are among the greatest blessings of Allah Almighty; their presence brings comfort and barakah, while their loss is deeply irreplaceable. He added that their virtues, guidance, and prayers continue to benefit their children even after their passing.
The ceremony concluded with participants expressing deep sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved families, reaffirming that the entire business community stands united with them in this time of grief.
