ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) further reinforced Pakistan’s growing global engagement in the healthcare and wellness sectors as the RCCI MedHealth & Beauty Expo 2026 welcomed distinguished diplomatic representatives from Türkiye and Sri Lanka.
His Excellency Irfan Neziroğlu, Ambassador of Türkiye to Pakistan, and Rear Admiral Fred Seneviratne, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Pakistan, visited the Expo and were warmly received by RCCI President Usman Shaukat along with the chamber leadership.
The distinguished guests toured the exhibition, visited various stalls, interacted with exhibitors, and appreciated RCCI’s efforts in bringing together stakeholders from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, and beauty industries on a dynamic international platform.
Ambassador Irfan Neziroğlu praised the Expo for promoting innovation, investment, and cross-border business collaboration, describing it as an important initiative to further strengthen the longstanding friendship and economic partnership between Pakistan and Türkiye.
High Commissioner Rear Admiral Fred Seneviratne commended RCCI for creating opportunities that encourage international cooperation, knowledge sharing, and business partnerships, emphasizing the importance of such platforms in advancing healthcare innovation while enhancing bilateral relations between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Speaking on the occasion, RCCI President Usman Shaukat said that the MedHealth & Beauty Expo reflects RCCI’s commitment to connecting Pakistan’s healthcare industry with global markets, attracting investment, and fostering strategic international partnerships. He noted that the participation of distinguished diplomats demonstrates growing international confidence in Pakistan’s healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, and beauty sectors.
The visits reaffirmed RCCI’s vision of positioning Pakistan as a regional hub for healthcare innovation, trade, and investment while strengthening economic diplomacy through meaningful global engagement.
