WNAM MONITORING: At the invitation of the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a delegation led by the President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, Serkan Kayalar, is visiting Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed mechanisms for implementing existing agreements.
As noted, applying Turkish experience in labor control in vocational education and qualification assessment systems should bring great results.
“The Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination has been working in Uzbekistan for 30 years. During this period, we have jointly implemented many socio-economic projects. We have big plans for the coming years”, said TIKA President Serkan Kayalar. “Employees of the employment and poverty reduction departments, assistants to hokims will improve their skills in Türkiye in entrepreneurship development. TIKA is ready to cooperate in this regard”.
At the meeting, new projects were presented to create an Uzbekistan – Türkiye entrepreneurship training center and an Uzbekistan – Türkiye joint vocational training center. These proposals have been carefully worked out, and prospects for interaction have been identified.
In addition, methodological and logistical support for the “Ishga Markhamat” monocenter, which is being created in Uchtepa district of Tashkent, was discussed.
The delegation visited the monocenter and got acquainted with its activities. The guests were accompanied by Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction Rano Turdiboyeva.
