WNAM REPORT: A delegation of important Muslim countries under the flag of OIC should talk to the Israeli Prime Minister for an immediate ceasefire. Important countries like Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran, Qatar, Egypt, Pakistan will have to play a key role. This was said by the Minister of Religious Affairs, Aneeq Ahmed, during a meeting with the Palestinian Ambassador Mr. Ahmad Rabaei.
Matters of mutual interest and the situation in Palestine were discussed between the two. The religious affairs minister said that Pakistan and Palestine have brotherly relations. Pakistan will continue to provide moral and diplomatic support to its Palestinian brothers. Pakistan is the first country to support the Palestinian movement and will always continue to do so. The Muslim Ummah can reach a solution to the Palestine problem by being united.
