The martyrdom of many valiant Pakistan Army soldiers and their officers in Mirali North Waziristan on last Saturday when some terrorists rammed their ammunition_ filled vehicle into them wax eloquent of the fact that the terrorists are once again on the rampage in the erstwhile Waziristan after a relative calm of a couple of years since General Rahil Sharif had carried out a very successful military operation operation against them there. It seems that there is a need of a fresh crackdown against them in cahoots with tribal chieftains of the area Rulers in Kabul also needs to be told in unambiguous words to kick out the lunatic fringe from their ranks which is not allowing the authorities in Kabul to take to task the religious fanatics in Afghanistan.
Foreign office will have to work overtime to ensure that Kabul sees reason Strictest possible border control on the cross border movement through Durand Line of Afghan nationals is also the need of the hour .The government must let the common man know to what extent the guidelines issued by the former interior minister Sarfaraz Bugti regarding ban on the entry of Afghanis into this country without passport and Pakistani visa are being implemented.
It is unfortunate that some element is busy in sarcasm of Pakistan army on the social media. The rank and file Pakistanis take exception to it. They will never allow the endless sacrifices of thousand of our soldiers in defending our frontiers and fighting off terrorism go down the drain. Our armed forces are sacrificing their today for safeguarding our tomorrow.
