RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s aid agency KSrelief delivered 5,800 food parcels to vulnerable people in several countries on Thursday.
The aid, which is a part of the Kingdom’s Ramadan food project Etaam, was sent to Mauritania, Benin, Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Saudi News Agency reported on Friday.
A total of 37,900 people will benefit from the aid, SPA reported.
Meanwhile KSrelief also announced the delivery of 100 tonnes of dates as a gift from the Kingdom to Indonesia.
The gift is part of the humanitarian role played by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to support countries in various fields.
