MAZAR-E-SHARIF (WNAM Monitoring): Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Al-Hajj Nooruddin Azizi, visited the joint border market between islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. During his visit, officials of the joint market provided valuable information to representatives of the Afghan Chamber of Commerce.
Authorities from Uzbekistan informed Bakhtar News Agency that this small market has been established as a large free trade market between Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan at the zero point of the border. The market offers facilities for Afghans and traders from both countries, where industrial products are sold four times a year.
