(WNAM Monitoring): Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) is gearing up to inaugurate direct flights to another Pakistani city. As per the announcement, the airline’s maiden flight will touch down at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on the 18th of the upcoming month.
In a recent statement, AZAL expressed that this move is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance connectivity and foster stronger ties between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
The airline highlighted that Karachi will mark the third Pakistani city with direct AZAL flights, joining Islamabad and Lahore, both of which already enjoy established flight routes to Baku.
The inaugural Baku to Karachi flight by AZAL is slated for April 18th, with plans to operate flights on this route twice a week. This development reflects AZAL’s commitment to expanding its network and facilitating smoother travel options for passengers between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
