KABUL(WNAM Monitoring): The Doctors without Borders Organization has expressed concern in a statement regarding the initiation of the second phase of Afghan migrants’ expulsion from Pakistan.
This organization emphasizes that the majority of these individuals were residing in that country for decades. In this phase, approximately 800,000 holders of Afghan Citizen Cards (ACC), issued by Pakistan, are also at risk of expulsion.
Doctors without Borders has urged Pakistan not to forget its international commitments and to adhere to humanitarian principles in dealing with migrants.
It is worth mentioning that the second phase of Afghan migrants’ expulsion from Pakistan commenced three days ago, on 15th of April.
