WNAM MONITORING: The 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue: “Dialogue for Peace and Global Security: Cooperation and Interconnectivity”, which started on May 1, was concluded at the Baku Congress Center.
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture of Republic of Azerbaijan Adil Karimli, who spoke at the closing ceremony, said that many issues were touched upon at the forum, and problems of interest to youth and the future were discussed.
Karimli noted that within the framework of the forum, messages were conveyed to COP29 and other international events: “Culture plays an important role in human life. Culture can support the elimination of climate problems and the establishment of a more sustainable environment for future generations.”
High-level state officials, heads of parliament, religious leaders, scientists, journalists and participants from various ethnic and cultural groups will visit Shusha and Aghdam on May 3 to get acquainted with the Azerbaijan’s liberated lands. Within the framework of the event, it is planned to hold special panel sessions in Aghdam and Shusha.
