Islamabad(WNAM Report): Founder Chairman of Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry Khurshid Barlas met Federal Minister of Commerce Jam Kamal in his office. Chairman Khurshid Barlas briefed about the arrangements for the Pakistan Investment Conference in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on May 11, 2024. A large number of different business community related to tourism, minerals, medical, civil aviation industry, construction material, private developer, education and other sectors will participate in the conference.
Invitations have been sent to more than 2500 delegates who will be part of this conference.
The efforts of the Consul General of Pakistan Khalid Majeed posted in Saudi Arabia in organizing the Pakistan Investment Conference are commendable. He has a very positive attitude towards the Pakistani economy and is playing an active role in strengthening Pakistan-Saudi relations. Discussion Federal Minister Jam Kamal said that more than 30 investors from Saudi companies visited Pakistan under the leadership of Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Investment Minister Ibrahim Al Mubarak.
The bilateral relations and economic partnership between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are getting stronger and stronger and the visit has marked the beginning of a new era in the relations between the two brotherly countries. Cooperation from Saudi Arabia at the governmental and private levels will be increased, said Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz. Sharif has appointed me as the focal person on matters with Saudi Arabia so that investment matters cannot be stopped under any circumstances. Khurshid Barlas said during the conversation that the Pakistan Investment Conference is a link in this chain. Having this conference in bilateral relations will be beneficial for Pakistan.
Our business community will benefit greatly from the partnership with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan’s economy will be strengthened. Finally, Chairman of Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry Khurshid Barlas also presented the shield to Federal Minister of Commerce Jam Kamal.
