WNAM MONITORING: Samples of the commemorative postage stamps “300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi” were handed over to the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Masahiko Metoki.
The UPU decided to place these stamp samples in the permanent exhibition of the Universal Postal Union Museum in Bern, Switzerland.
In addition, copies of the anniversary stamps were sent to 192 countries participating in the Universal Postal Union, the source notes.
