WNAM REPORT: During their visit to the city of Mersin, the heads of the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the free economic zone management company, and the industrial zone discussed the possibilities of activating interregional trade and economic relations. Almost 40 companies operating in Mersin were informed about Uzbekistan’s investment, trade, and economic potential.
Following the visit to the city of Mersin, an agreement was reached on the establishment of a trading house and warehouse of Uzbekistan, joint development of initiatives for export to Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, as well as organizing a visit to Uzbekistan by a delegation of regional industrialists.
At the same time, a productive visit was held to the city of Adana. In particular, the possibilities of implementing joint projects were discussed with the heads of Kıvanç Textile, Ertar Kimya, and Cansa Tarım.
