WNAM REPORT: The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Uzbekistan Hassan Hamza Asad Hashem.
According to the Ministry, the parties discussed organizational issues related to holding Qatar Culture Week in Tashkent in October this year.“In recent years, cooperation between Uzbekistan and Qatar has been developing in all areas, including culture and art”, said Minister of Culture Ozodbek Nazarbekov. “We plan to hold Qatar Culture Week in our capital. Thanks to such events, it becomes possible to demonstrate the richness and diversity of our cultural heritage, as well as further strengthen the respect and friendship between our peoples”.
The meeting was held in an open, friendly atmosphere.
