(WNAM Monitoring): A grand welcome ceremony at the highest level for a head of state was held in Hanoi on December 12 for General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping and his spouse, who are on two-day State visit to Vietnam.
