ISLAMABAD: Turkiye is concerned by the Indian Supreme Court’s decision dated December 11, which upheld the decision to revoke Article 370 of Indian Constitution, granting special status to Jammu and Kashmir, upon the petitions challenging the decision of revocation.
Turkiye keeps advocating her opinion that, long-lasting frozen dispute which often causes tension between the two States, should be resolved without further due, on the basis of international law and relevant UN decisions, through dialogue and cooperation.
