WNAM REPORT: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution “On the announcement of a competition for the Prize of the President of Turkmenistan “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry” among literary, cultural and artistic figures, amateur young singers and gifted children,” as per reports.
The resolution requires that participation in the competition be ensured for foreign citizens who have expressed a desire to take part in it.
The winners will be determined in the established nominations, as well as in the framework of the television competitions among singers “Ýaňlan, Diýarym!”, among dutarists “Çalsana, bagşy!” and among children “Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri”.
The document was signed “in order to identify talented creative workers who glorify through highly artistic works the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, the benevolent domestic and foreign policy implemented in accordance with the status of permanent neutrality, the historical transformations of the native country, confidently moving forward with the speed of a horse, the prosperous life of our happy people, glorious history, beautiful nature, national principles, making a great contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature, as well as the selection and stimulation of the most talented.”
The full Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan will be published in the newspaper “Edebiýat we sungat”.
